3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings and selecting "Delete Account"

• Sending a written request to our registered business address

Upon account termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will occur
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy

3.3 Service-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse the Service or interfere with other users
• Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months

4. User Content

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you have used less than 10% of your monthly meme generation quota. Contact support@memeasaservice.ai for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MemeAsAService and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeAsAService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MemeAsAService from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of the Service

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
